From Booking to Delivery, in Five Stages

Stage 01

Booking & Documentation

We collect your commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading, then prepare the customs declaration in TANCIS ahead of arrival.

Stage 02

Port & Airport Handling

Our liaison officers track vessel or flight arrival and coordinate offloading with TPA and TRA officials on-site.

Stage 03

Customs Clearance

Duty assessment, physical verification and release are managed by our clearing officers to prevent demurrage delays.

Stage 04

Warehousing (If Needed)

Cargo awaiting onward transport or consolidation is held securely in our bonded and general warehouse facilities.

Stage 05

Final Mile Delivery

Our trucking partners deliver to your warehouse or transit onward to Zambia, DRC, Rwanda, Uganda or Malawi.
